Important Information
Business funding disclosures
These plain-language disclosures summarize important points about Sutton Funding and its services. The Terms of Service and final signed documents control.
Company identity and role
Sutton Funding is a New York-based small business funding company. Sutton Funding is not a bank. It may offer options through its own programs and may connect businesses with third-party funders, lenders and partners.
Business-purpose services
The services are intended for business funding purposes and are not consumer credit products. Applicants must be at least 18, be legally operating a business in the United States and be an owner, principal or authorized signer of the business.
No guaranteed approval or funding
Submitting an application does not obligate Sutton Funding or any provider to extend funding. Product type, provider, amount, pricing, fees, payment schedule, term and availability depend on underwriting, verification and final approval.
Illustrations and prospective terms
Website calculators, examples, dashboard mockups, pre-qualification messages and prospective term sheets are informational or indicative. They are not binding offers and may be changed or withdrawn. A binding agreement exists only after the business and the applicable funding provider execute final written closing documents.
Application verification and sharing
Sutton Funding and potential funding partners may verify information supplied in an application, including through banks, credit bureaus, public records, references, fraud-prevention services and identity-verification services. Information may be shared with prospective funders, lenders, brokers and service providers to evaluate, process, fund or service a transaction. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Review every written offer
Before signing, identify the named funding provider and review the amount delivered to the business, total repayment obligation, payment amount and frequency, term, fees, prepayment provisions, guarantees, security interests, default provisions and servicing arrangements. Ask for clarification before accepting any term you do not understand.
Third-party websites and providers
The website may link to or integrate with third-party application, e-signature, payment or funding services. Those third parties control their own products, websites, terms and privacy practices.
Communications
Telephone, email and SMS communications are governed by the consents presented when information is collected and the company's legal policies. Consent to automated communications is not a condition of a service or purchase. For SMS help, reply HELP; to opt out, reply STOP. Read the SMS program terms and telephone consent disclosure.
